As Trevor Sorbie alumni, both began their careers at other salons, learning and developing their creativity.

Taking every opportunity available, their shared values and work ethic allowed them to progress quickly. They worked tirelessly at their craft to hone their skills and embark on a journey into the fast-paced world of hairdressing.

Along the way the duo have been called upon by the media for their expert knowledge. They have featured in magazine shoots and have styled at London Fashion Week. In addition, both have been recognised by the industry netting a number of accolades including L’Oreal Men’s Image Award, L’Oreal Colour Trophy London winner and Creative Head Hair Trend winner.

Originally from Madrid, Juan first came to the UK in 2004, working successfully for many years as a professional dancer. During his time backstage he realised and discovered his true passion, hair.  

Initially joining the Aveda team, sweeping floors and washing hair, he was immediately given the opportunity to train at the iconic Trevor Sorbie in Covent Garden. It was during this time that he learned not only what it was to be a great hair stylist, but also what was required to create a winning recipe for a top end hair salon. Juan completed his training in record time and quickly progressed to Director.

With over a decade of experience in the hair industry Juan is recognised as one of the top stylists in London and is regularly called upon to coach and train members of the hair community.
